This role will report to our General Manager, Tokyo.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the workflow structuring by developing and implementing efficient workflow processes to ensure smooth flow of operations and optimize resource allocation.
  • Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery.
  • Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations; proactively chase and interrogate delays 
  • Requires interdepartmental coordination of facilitating communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure seemless project execution and optimal workflow management.
  • With their strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex projects, drive operational excellence. 
  • This role play a vital role in driving the agency's success and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Ensure timelines are met and work produced is of highest standard.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in traffic management or project management experience in ad agencies / production company with a thorough understanding of workflow, optimisation and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of overall departmental functions and managing sub-departments, proficiency in traffic management tools, software, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong prioritization skills, time management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask and handle deadline pressure.
  • Bilingual in JP/ ENG to work with the Japan/ Regional clients
